Make It Your Own
One mix, three delicious twists! Try these ideas with one pouch of our Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix.
Raspberry Chocolate Chip Muffins
Prepare the mix according to the pouch directions. Gently fold 1/2 cup fresh raspberries into the batter just before portioning. If using frozen raspberries, add them straight from the freezer. Bake as directed on the pouch, checking for doneness.
Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins
Replace half of the Greek yogurt called for on the pouch with an equal amount of mashed ripe banana. Mix with the remaining ingredients as directed, then portion and bake according to the pouch directions, checking for doneness.
Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Replace half of the Greek yogurt called for on the pouch with an equal amount of plain pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling). For a cozy touch, stir in 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice. Mix and bake according to the pouch directions, checking for doneness.
Fruit can change baking time; muffins are ready when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
